Payment:

All transactions will be processed through PayPal® Valid cards are, American Express®, Discover Card®, Mastercard® and Visa®, no other cards will be accepted.

Security:

PayPal® will be handling all the financial transactions, they will provide you with much greater security than I could.

Shipping of Orders:

Generally your order will be shipped within two days. If the items you request are out of stock I will call you and give you an estimate of delivery. This situation will only occur if I don't have the materials on hand and have to order them.

Lost or Damaged Goods:

Hopefully this will not occur, however life is not always perfect. To cover the situation I insure all pens that I ship to you. If it does occur give me a call and I will take the necessary steps to claim for losses or damage. A replacement pen will be shipped as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

It is important to me that you are satisfied 100% with my pens. If you are not happy for any reason whatsoever please return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Unfortunately I will not be able to refund you for pens that have been personalized with your engraving.
